  • After 24 Hours: Once this window has passed, our workshop has often already begun preparing your piece for delivery, and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

2. Returns (30-Day Window)

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must show no signs of scratches, alterations, or wear.
  • All original luxury packaging, certificates, and tags must be included.

Note: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong design, size, or material):

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • After verification, Orosjewels will cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Returns for Other Reasons

If the return request is due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size, a change of mind, or personal preference:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned luxury item without official tracking.
